Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Tilley offer a lifetime guarantee where they will repair or replace your freshly washed hat due to general wear and tear, poor workmanship or faulty material.
This is not covered against misuse or improper care.
Tilley also provide 2 years guarantee from purchase date that covers loss, theft or accidental damage.
To redeem against this Lifetime Guarantee:
You must register your hat within 60 days of purchase with one of our registration cards in store or using Tilley’s online Hat Registration.
If you experience any problems with your Tilley hat and want to claim it back, please fill out the Claim Form.
All products are guaranteed against all defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser.
Should a product be found defective under this warranty, Watershed will repair or replace it at their discretion.
Normal wear, UV damage, abrasion, misuse, abuse, or improper care is not covered.
Watershed will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of its products.
In order to receive a full credit/refund the tags must still be attached and/or the product must be in its original packaging.
Bags outfitted with inflate/purge valves are non refundable.
